Our live yoga streaming system is slowly returning to regular schedule with some changes. We will be adding more classes and even more teachers over the next few weeks, so keep checking the newsletters, our social media platforms or just come back to this page.
Note: These Classes are in an Online format, they are served through the live zoom platform. The timeline for all the classes is the Central Standard Time (CET). You need to register for each class to get the joining link, organize yourself with time to ensure your seat. If you facing any financial problems, we’ll be so happy to help any serious student, contact us here.
If you missed the livestream or the timing of the class wasn’t right for you, no problem, all the classes are recorded, and they are uploaded onto our yoga on-demand platform. With this system, we want to make the schedule to fit in everyone’s life.

We would like to dedicate this space to all those practitioners who wish to develop a deeper understanding of their yoga practice and/or their teachings. Wether you are a beginner in this path, an experienced practitioner or a teacher, this could be a place for you. So that you can solve your questions and doubts in a more detailed and personal way.
If you want to achieve a specific Asana, we can help you to set up a complete class to gradually reach your goal, tailored to you and your needs. The same goes if you are already teaching yoga and want to develop or review your sequences, we are here to help and guide you through the process of becoming a better teacher.
Maybe you just need some advice. We are just here waiting for you with open arms. The one-to-one class gives us the opportunity to connect directly, a space to listen, create and transform.

These classes are in our studio located in Burgos, Spain. All the classes are conducted in Spanish, with a great personal approach. The groups are kept small.
