Lets Study Yoga Together, Be Part of the Sangha
Harshvardhan Jhaveri
A Preserver of the Classical Wisdom of Yoga | Yoga Researcher | Yoga Educator
Harshvardhan Jhaveri is dedicated to preserving and transmitting the classical wisdom of yoga.
Trained at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in India, he has devoted his life to exploring the meeting point between ancient scriptural knowledge and lived experience. His approach is rooted in rigorous study, contemplative practice, and the inquiry into how philosophical truths can be embodied in everyday life.
Harsh co-founded the Yoga Education College, along with Eddie Stern and Robert Moses, with the intention of reviving the depth of yogic study through accessible, high-quality education.
His teaching draws from traditional sources such as the Yoga Sūtras, Bhagavad Gītā, and key Upaniṣadic texts, offering a grounded view of yoga as a process of self-transformation rather than performance.
A member of the Ad hoc Board of Studies for Yoga at H.S.N.C University, Harsh contributes to the academic and curricular development of yoga education in India.
Beyond the classroom, his exploration of breath continues through swimming, diving, and time in nature—reflecting his belief that yoga extends into every rhythm of life.
Role in Our Community
Harsh will be leading our first course on Yogic Wisdom and Philosophy, setting the foundation for how we approach study within our community—rooted in tradition, informed by experience, and oriented toward transformation.
As part of his offerings, Harsh also shares short guided practices designed to support svādhyāya, helping students connect philosophy with embodied awareness.
