Lets Study Yoga Together, Be Part of the Sangha
School of Yoga | Yoga Traditions
Sangha Yoga by Kulavidyā is a community‑centered school devoted to the study, practice, and refinement of yogic wisdom. Rooted in living traditions, Sangha is more than a place of learning—it is a shared space where practice matures into understanding, and understanding matures into service.
Our path moves through Practice, Learning, Experience, and Samādhi— a steady cycle: show up, digest, apply, and let clarity to arise.
Practice (Abhyāsa)
Show up steadily—with discipline, repetition, and care. Practice is the ground, the “doing” that sharpens skill and steadies attention.
Learning (Adhyayana)
Practice ripens into insight. Learning is active digestion—questioning, exploring, and seeking clarity—with guidance through mentoring or immersive study (YTTC).
Experience (Anubhava)
Theory meets life. Experience is lived application that tests, embodies, and deepens understanding, naturally looping back to fresh practice and renewed learning.
Samādhi (Bringing into Harmony)
Meditative absorption—union, stillness, and clarity. Not a peak to possess, but a quiet outcome of preparation. For us, Samādhi is both culmination and expression: a reflection, a teaching, a shared fruit of practice.
The Journey (Yātrā)
This path is practical and spiritual. It asks patience and sincerity—there are no shortcuts. At Sangha Yoga by Kulavidyā, we walk it together: honouring tradition, supporting one another, and allowing yoga to become lived wisdom.
Ways to Study
Classes, workshops, immersions, and mentoring—held in English with IAST for Sanskrit—invite steady practice, thoughtful study, and community. Recordings are available for those who cannot attend live.
