Lets Study Yoga Together, Be Part of the Sangha
OUR BLOG
Each month, a single teaching bridges philosophy and lived practice.

Welcome to our Samādhi section — A place for Svādhyāya.
On weekends, we pause our live classes and open this space for svādhyāya — the practice of self-study through reflection, contemplation, and engagement with sacred texts.
Each month, we share a new teaching to accompany your journey of understanding and self-inquiry. These writings are an invitation to slow down, integrate what you’ve learned, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.
Svādhyāya calls us to turn inward — to listen deeply, to observe the layers of the self, and to discover the divine presence that guides our path.
As Patañjali describes in Yoga Sūtra 2.44:
svādhyāyād iṣṭa-devatā saṁprayogaḥ – “Through self-study, one approaches the Divine.”
This reflective practice is not separate from your learning — it complements it.
For those ready to deepen their studies, we offer courses, mentoring, and private classes, designed to help you translate inner insight into lived wisdom. These guided programs provide personalised support, spiritual grounding, and space to explore the philosophy and practice of yoga in a transformative way.
Each post in this journal includes a short guided reflection or practice, so you can connect these teachings directly to your own experience. Along the way, you’ll also meet teachers and friends who share their voices and insights with our community.
Begin with our January Teaching below, and join us as we explore yoga’s timeless wisdom together — through study, practice, and heartfelt guidance.
May this ongoing exploration serve your path of awareness, steadiness, and inner light.
