Anastasia’s Bio

Russian; Yoga Teacher; Founder of Female community in Berlin; Meditation and Breath-work Coach; Reiki Practitioner Level 1 and 2

Anastasia was always fascinated by the art of movement, as well as the elements of mind and nature. From a very young age, she explored different styles of dancing and loved to be outside and spend time in the wild, learning holistic and herbal medicine from her grandmother.

Throughout her more than 12 years of experience in international education, where she had to travel a lot and learn about different cultures, she always kept investing her time into spiritual growth, diving deeper into psychosomatic and the art of self-healing.

A combination of all these experiences helped her find her calling in the wonderful beauty of Yoga Practice.

Anastasia has completed over 500 hours of advanced teacher training in various styles, mainly specialising in teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, and Meditation. During her first teacher training, Alonso helped her find her own voice as a teacher and develop a strong discipline in her practice. Anastasia’s classes are focused on alignment, breath and the yoga philosophy, gently combined with modern teaching methods and intuitive movement. She also likes to add a bit of spicy humor, even in a very dynamic class.

Being based in Berlin, Anastasia has found her calling in working with women, helping them to overcome trauma with the help of regular yoga practice and pranayama. As a certified Yoga For Pelvic Floor teacher, which she completed under the guidance of the founder of this method, Leslie Howard, her classes help people to restore the connection with this part of the body and become even more confident and happy.

For Anastasia teaching, yoga means helping people to change their lives. To show people how through the practice they can become emotionally and physically healthier, stronger, and more balanced. How they can start making better choices in their lives. To guide them towards the way to be more compassionate, more serving, and more human.
