No, you do not need any previous experience to take our classes. We offer a variety of classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. However, if you are unsure wether you are ready for a specific class, please feel free to talk to one of our instructors.
We provide all necessary yoga equipment, including mats, straps, and blocks. However, if you prefer to use your own mat, feel free to bring it.
After your practice, you can freshen up in our private shower and toilet facilities. Bring your towel, shampoo, and conditioner you might need to use. A hair dryer is available for your convenience.
In our serene surroundings, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea from our open kitchen. If you prefer fresh air, relax on one of our two lovely terraces with a garden view.
We are conveniently located in the peaceful and green Villayuda (La Ventilla) area of Burgos, just behind the paper factory. Free parking is available on-site. Public Transportation (Castañares – Line 4) and well-maintained bike paths provide easy access to our studio.
